We keep your account and license data while your account is active and for the legal period needed to handle liabilities arising from the purchase. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@polbot.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD).
We use only a technical session cookie, essential to keep you logged in to the customer area. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always the one published here, with its update date.
